As a fully licensed Part 107 Drone Pilot through the FAA, I take pride in providing my customers with the best possible aerial photos of their property. Aerial photography is provided at no additional cost for ALL homes.

Anytime I list a property, I make sure to post it on each individual social media platform for maximum exposure. Throughout all platforms I have thousands of followers that continuously keep up to date with my new postings. On top of receiving organic views from posting, I go the additional mile to pay to have my posts “boosted” to a targeted audience. This is by far the most effective method to get a property sold within this new age of tech.

Each and every individual property I list receives a complimentary direct mail package. The day your property is listed, I will do a direct mailing to the neighboring homes to notify of your property being listed for sale. Believe it or not, this is truly effective! Most neighbors will notify their friends & family to say “Hey! Come be my neighbor! The house down the street is for sale”. To everyone’s surprise, a large majority of properties sell this way.

Whenever you list a property with me, your listing will be published onto both the Cambria Somerset MLS & the Allegheny Highlands MLS. The MLS or Multiple Listing Service is a program that only REALTORS® have access to. This program displays all of the active listings within specific areas and contains all of the pertinent info regarding them. Along w/ the MLS, your home will be published to every real estate website imaginable….also, it will be featured on the front page of this site!
