Our Services

Step 1: Let's Gameplan

A common mistake buyers make is waiting too long to speak with a REALTOR®. Even if you believe you are a year or more out from buying, you can save yourself a lot of stress by talking to a REALTOR® sooner rather than later. I take pride in educating my clients from the beginning, so that they can move through the home buying process with confidence.

Step 2: Get Pre-Approved

Getting pre-approved for a loan will allow us to really start the process of building your search criteria. Choosing the right lender is crucial, having a solid team around you will make the process smooth from the beginning to the end. I would be happy to give you a list of lenders that have taken excellent care of my clients in the past!

Step 3: House Hunting

After we nail down the price point that you are comfortable with, we can then talk about your wish list. Neighborhoods, School Districts, Features, etc. Your wish list may even change throughout the process. My #1 goal/rule is to find you a home that you will make money on whenever you decide to sell. By studying the local market daily, I can guide you in finding a home that becomes an excellent investment.

Step 4: Offer & Negotiating

Once we’ve found a winner, it’s time for me to put on the boxing gloves. In the current market, you need a tough and aggressive realtor who is able to negotiate effectively. I take pride in this aspect… When you choose me to represent you, know that I am willing to fight till the end for exactly what you want.

Step 5: Contingent to Close

At this point your offer has been accepted. I will now educate you on the different types of inspections and contingencies. This will allow us to arrive at the closing table with confidence and excitement.
